Since launching the Get IN Work Club, the IN Enterprise Hub have interviewed and signed up a number of potential candidates for the Club that aims to support people who are actively looking for work or training opportunities for better employment choices or even to start a business on their own. To qualify for the Get IN Work Club applicants must be over the age of 16, out of work and live in South Derbyshire.

Funded by the European Social Fund Community Learning and Skills Grant, the candidates will take part in a rolling programme of workshops, one-2-one sessions and interactive sessions which officially starts on Wednesday 14th October 2020. The programme, delivered by local experts in recruitment, HR, counselling and coaching, will focus on values, beliefs, confidence building, job search skills, writing your CV and covering letters, online and offline job applications, interview skills and understanding employer and employee responsibilities.

Applications are still open for the Get IN Work club. Anyone interested in taking part should complete the online enquiry form. In addition to the Get IN Work Club, the IN Enterprise Hub is also hosting a number of recruitment opportunity days including a Network Marketing Recruitment Fair and a Job Opportunities Day featuring local job opportunities.
